1. Limited Platform Access

MDHANI—operating as an authorized sub-broker of Prudent Advisory (Prudent) and an AMFI-registered mutual fund distributor providing insurance allocation, fixed income, and tailored financial consultancy services (subject to essential SEBI/IRDAI clearances)—grants users a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access our digital interface.

By registering on this platform as a client, investor, or allied sub-distributor, you explicitly confirm that all submitted data points are authentic and accurate. MDHANI reserves full authority to terminate or deny interface access at any point without prior notice or stated reason.

2. Prohibited System Use

To preserve structural safety across our network frameworks, users are explicitly barred from the following activities:

• Engaging in unauthorized access attempts to central infrastructure systems, Prudent Advisory partner accounts, or peer client/sub-distributor data stores.
• Misusing system credentials or failing to preserve the absolute confidentiality of assigned login details. MDHANI completely disclaims liability for data leaks or downstream capital losses stemming from compromised credentials.
• Executing malicious code, hacking, scraping, copying, or distributing any proprietary text elements, custom calculation tools, and brand logotypes without direct written clearance.

3. Analytics & Asset Integrity

All software configurations, visual media, calculators, and content layers remain the exclusive intellectual property of MDHANI. We employ background cookies and standard web technologies to log aggregated structural analytics (such as collective page views and standard visit paths) strictly for system optimization. No individual profile tracking is executed during this analytics sequence.

4. Information Integrity & Market Risks

All transactional information, dynamic fund NAVs, asset descriptions, and financial market parameters are served purely as general indicators on an "as is" framework. Continual error-free operation is not guaranteed, and clients are advised to execute independent confirmation prior to deploying capital.

Mutual fund allocations facilitated via Prudent Advisory routes carry clear market volatility. Investors must closely evaluate corresponding Scheme Information Documents (SID) and Key Information Memorandums (KIM) before investing. Fixed income placements and insurance frameworks carry isolated risks, and past performance holds no structural guarantee of future capital returns. MDHANI operates solely as an authorized distributor, not a fee-charging investment advisor.

5. Liability Limits & Indemnity

Platform utilization remains completely at your independent risk. Users agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MDHANI, Prudent Advisory, alongside our active directors, corporate affiliates, and workforce teams, against any emerging claims, operational losses, or regulatory penalties born from your platform non-compliance or direct reliance on website metrics. MDHANI accepts no liability for system interruptions, network viruses, or downstream transactional outcomes.
