Privacy & Data Protection Policy

At MDHANI, protecting your privacy as investors, clients, and distribution partners is paramount. This policy governs how we collect, safeguard, and use your personal information.

1. Information We Collect

As a sub-broker of Prudent Advisory and authorized mutual fund distributor, we collect technical, financial, and personal data strictly when provided during account setup, mutual fund onboarding, portfolio servicing, or transaction instructions (SIP/STP/SWP). This includes:

  • Identity & Demographics: Name, Permanent Account Number (PAN), Date of Birth (DOB), and Gender.
  • Contact Details: Registered physical address, email address, and phone number.
  • Financial Parameters: Bank account details, investment preferences, and risk profiles.
  • Compliance Documents: KYC records, e-KYC files, video verifications, and In-Person Verifications (IPV).
  • Transaction Data: Historical mutual fund allocations, transaction summaries, and system logs.
  • Technical Metadata: IP addresses, unique device identifiers, and browser cookie metrics.

2. Lawful Purpose & Processing

We process data exclusively for clear distributor functions. We never sell data or use it outside of these parameters. Your information is processed to facilitate:

  • Prudent Advisory partner-led transactions (Lumpsum investments, SIP registrations, redemptions).
  • KYC regulatory compliances, customer mapping protocols via PAN verification, and risk profiling.
  • Generation of comprehensive portfolio valuations, ledger statements, and service logs.
  • Fraud prevention matrix configurations, security audits, and general user support infrastructure.
  • Regulatory compliance reports matching AMFI, SEBI, and general legal obligations.

3. Safe Information Sharing

Data sharing occurs solely to execute mutual fund distribution functions under strict confidentiality mandates. We partner safely with Prudent Advisory, Asset Management Companies (AMCs), Registrar and Transfer Agents (RTAs), Depositories, authorized KYC agencies, and verified payment gateways. Legal or statutory disclosures are honored only when backed by authorized government bodies, court decrees, or direct SEBI/AMFI regulatory audits.

4. Technical Security & Standards

MDHANI applies industry-standard digital barriers—including cryptographic layers, secure API routes connected to Prudent Advisory networks, strict administrative access logs, and persistent system trackers—to insulate data assets. While unconditional digital security cannot be guaranteed absolutely online, our structural vendors must continuously mirror our data protection protocols.

5. Cookies & Digital Communications

Our digital platform utilizes native browser cookies to enable streamlined partner login profiles, record secure user progress, and capture interface analytics. Clients maintain complete options to drop cookie requests via their system browser parameters. Standard digital records, performance alerts, daily NAV indicators, and ongoing investment reminders are routinely pushed to registered client contact interfaces (SMS, Email, App notifications).
