As per the SEBI circular (SEBI/IMD/CIR No 4/168230/09), following are the details of commission earned by MDHANI LLP – AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor ARN No-359304 as a Sub-Broker of Parent ARN Holder Prudent Corporate (AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor ARN No- 9992) for distribution of mutual fund schemes from various AMCs:

The scheme the investor is subscribing to is of Regular Plan which involves payment of commission to MDHANI LLP as a Sub Broker under Parent ARN Holder Prudent Corporate from various AMCs.
